At the foot of the Pora the farmhouse is licking its mustache Below the Monte Pora, but to the valley bottom down the slope that descends to Valcamonica, apples are grown (excellent ones of Francesco Capitanio di Gorzone), wine is produced (the vineyard above the Moro lake from which Tino Tedeschi obtains his excellent white Griso Is spectacular) and there is still the tradition of "capuits" in the kitchen, the stuffed rolls served dry with polenta, in wet or hot seasonal soup.
