For some years, and precisely since we have had an increase in foreign tourists, it is precisely from them that the request is made to want to know our local products and how to use them in the kitchen creating tasty and fresh dishes of the Italian tradition.
For this reason I started in the framework of our agricultural structure and receptive to this new cultural activity that much like tourists, especially foreigners.

Course timetable:

Tourists will be provided with apron, bandana and kitchen gloves!
Blocks with pen to pin recipes.
Tourists are involved in the production therefore theoretical but also practical course of some typical and local dishes for example:
Casoncelli, fresh pasta, stuffed pasta, meat sauce, roasts, homemade desserts.
At the end of the course the guests will have lunch for their own dishes.
